Grassroots InsaneRide Tasmania Oct 10 & 11 2020

The InsaneRide 2020 is currently proceeding based on the latest Government public health orders and restrictions, should the public health orders change or Covid prevent us from safely holding the event all registrations will be refunded, less $20 per registration to help cover some of our expenses setting up the event.

All competitors are restricted to a maximum of 1 (one) crew member unless public health orders are eased.

All competitors and crew will be given a numbered wristband at the entry the wristband must be worn at all times while on the property, anyone without a wrist band will be required to leave the property.

Social distancing standards are to be observed at all times, more details will be issued with the Final Instructions via email.

2019 saw Hard Enduro Adventures Tasmania conduct an amazing event with some of Australia’s best riders attending to experience the world class terrain.
2020 is set to be even better with the H.E.A.T crew joining force with Grassroots Enduro Australia to form a round of the Australian Hard Enduro Championship, riders will enjoy track changes, fresh terrain and with an IRON class added for those that don’t wish to jump into the deep end.

A thrilling point to point race based in the town of Poatina Tasmania with checkpoints dotted along the way, riders will need to pay close attention to their GPS to ensure they can make it through in a timely manner

Riders will compete for Sundays starting positions by riding a technical prologue course that will test their skills and endurance

Sunday: GAME ON, riders will take to the start line with a full tank of juice and charged batteries for their GPS to do battle in some of most stunning and difficult terrain Australia has to offer.

Limited car/passenger space have been protected for:
Depart Melbourne on 07/10/2020-09/10/2020 inclusive – PM departures and
Depart Devonport on 11/10/2020-12/10/2020 inclusive – PM departures
Protected space for vehicles is based on vehicles under 2.1m in height. Protected space for accommodation is based on Twin Porthole cabins – alternative accommodation styles & vehicle dimensions will be subject to availability at time of booking. Protected space will be held until cob 27/07/2020 or until sold out. However protected space may be reviewed prior to this date and adjusted to match member interest and bookings to-date.
